At Beginning Innovations Academy, we believe that every child’s journey begins with a strong partnership between home and school. Together, we create an environment where your child feels seen, supported, and celebrated both in the classroom and beyond.
Rooted in our mission to nurture young minds and foster confidence through quality care and innovative educational methods, The BIA Family Hub was created to help families feel prepared, connected, and empowered as their children grow with us. From morning drop off routines to naptime essentials, every detail matters in helping your child feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to learn.
We believe in cultivating relationships built on trust, reliability, and excellence. When families and teachers work together, children thrive. Whether it is your child’s first week or their final year before kindergarten, our goal is to make each moment meaningful, memorable, and full of opportunity for growth.

Getting Started
We know that the first day of school is a special milestone for your family. To make the transition smooth and joyful, please bring the following items:
Lunchbox with a healthy meal
Refillable water bottle labeled with your child’s name
Change of clothes including socks and underwear
Diapers and wipes for infants and toddlers
Please connect with your child’s teacher to learn where personal belongings should be stored in the classroom.
Check In and Check Out
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Each family receives a unique PIN number that allows you to sign your child in and out daily, as well as access their classroom area.
Please make sure anyone listed for pickup also has their own PIN and photo ID available.
Label Everything
To help keep things organized, please label every item including lunchboxes, jackets, water bottles, shoes, and blankets.
Our Lost and Found is located in the front lobby, so check it regularly for any missing items..
Stay Connected Through Playground
BIA uses Playground as our secure communication portal for families.
Through Playground, you can:
Receive real time updates and messages from your child’s teacher
View daily photos and activity summaries
Access important reminders, forms, and announcements
Playground helps us maintain open communication between home and school because we believe that families and educators grow best when they stay connected.
If you ever have questions or need support, please reach out to your child’s teacher or the BIA front office. We are here for you every step of the way.
